Transportation Services

HorizonHaulage offers a range of freight transportation and logistics services, including full truckload, less-than-truckload, intermodal, and specialized transportation. We utilize a fleet of well-maintained vehicles and work with a network of reliable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your shipments.

Shipping Requests and Bookings

Customers can request quotes and book transportation services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. All shipment details, including pickup and delivery locations, dimensions, and weight, must be provided accurately at the time of booking.

Pricing and Payments

Shipping rates are calculated based on the specific details of each shipment, including mode of transport, distance, and any special handling requirements. Customers must pay all applicable fees in full prior to the pickup of their shipment. Refunds are not provided for unused or canceled services.

Pickup and Delivery

HorizonHaulage will make reasonable efforts to pick up and deliver shipments within the agreed-upon transit times. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as weather, traffic, or customs clearance issues.

Cargo Liability

We maintain cargo liability insurance to cover the value of goods damaged or lost while in our care. Customers are responsible for declaring the accurate value of their shipments and may be required to provide proof of value in the event of a claim.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that all shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for transport. Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and other restricted items may be subject to additional requirements or may be prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

HorizonHaulage is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our transportation services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods transported or the fees paid by the customer, whichever is lower.

Termination of Services

HorizonHaulage reserves the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason, including non-payment or violation of these terms and conditions. Customers may also cancel our services by providing 30 days' written notice.
